Our Team

Sarah Anderson, CER
President

Sarah is a North Carolina native, born and raised in Wilmington. Sarah attended East Carolina University and went on to work for the Department of Defense.  In 2000, she started at Pace as a part-time legal transcriptionist, working nights and weekends.  Over a decade, Sarah left the Department of Defense and became a full-time employee at PRS, gaining experience as a court reporter but finding admin leadership to be what she enjoyed most.  She was promoted to business manager in 2005, a position she held until 2014.  In 2014, Sarah became part owner of the business and in 2021 became sole owner and President.  Sarah enjoys learning about new technology, especially innovations in court reporting, watching college football, and RV'ing with her husband, three adult kids, and 5 grandkids.  Sarah is a Certified Electronic Reporter (by test), a North Carolina Judicial Transcriptionist, and has been a North Carolina Notary Public in good standing for 32 years.

Lisa Marion, CER

Lead Court Reporter

Lisa was born and raised in the bustling town of Framingham, Massachusetts.  After completing high school, she trekked north to the mountains of New London, New Hampshire, where she attended Colby-Sawyer College for four years.  After she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in English, she moved back to Massachusetts for a brief stint before moving to warmer climates.  She moved to Raleigh in the early summer of 2006 and soon thereafter started her career at Pace as a court reporter.  A few years later in 2009, she moved down to the beach as the company's local Wilmington reporter, where she purchased a home. She continues to service the local Wilmington law firms, as well as those statewide.

During her downtime, Lisa enjoys spending time with her chow mixes, Jem and Rio.  She is an avid Disney fan and goes to Disney World as often as possible.  When not traveling, she spends the majority of her time enjoying the local beaches.  Lisa is a Certified Electronic Reporter (by test) and a North Carolina Notary Public.
